The Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt is one of the largest social service providers in Saxont-Anhalt, with more than 1,000 employees serving more than 4,500 clients in 1,800 places of care in the course of a year. For over 165 years, the Foundation has organized diaconal communities throughout the Harz and Bördeland regions. Service offerings focus individually on people with and without intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities, as well as children and youth, adults and senior citizens. The Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt also operates day care and training centers, schools, and health centers in many locations, and offers various residential options for people of all ages and different care needs.

The Foundation is a partner in the Diaconal Work of the Evangelical Church of Middle Germany.

Compensation and Retirement Contributions

  • Equal pay for all employees within the same division,
  • Bonuses of 50% of monthly pay twice yearly with positive review,
  • Contribution for workers‘ asset formation funds,
