Outpatient physical therapy at the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt offers individualized, holistic treatment, including counsel and guidance.
We treat infants, toddlers, and children with developmental abnormalities, movement disorders, and disabilities, as well as adolescents with special needs and adults. An essential part of our therapeutic programming is aimed at people with disabilities.
Our team is made up of specially trained and certified therapists who are dedicated to serving our many patient.
Our practice is approved for all health insurances and also additionally offers private services.

The course includes the teaching of different grip techniques and water fun acclimation. Furthermore, core muscles are strengthened by working against water resistance, as well as the training of coordination and balance. The immune system is strengthened and children have contact with their peers. Children should be at least eight weeks old to attend the course.
The course is certified and subsidized by many health insurers.

Aqua fitness and water aerobics are suitable for anyone who wants to exercise in the water. The focus is on mobility, strengthening, cardiovascular training, stretching, and relaxation exercises tailored to older participants.
The course is certified and can qualify for reimbursement, depending upon your health insurance provider.
Prevention course back therapy for adults (certified)

The prevention of back pain and the promotion of back health are the central goals of the new back training. Here, among other things, exercises are deliberately performed in connection with breathing.
Prevention course is certified by the health insurances and can be indicated by the health insurance company (reimbursement depending on health insurance).
Zumba Course

Zumba is a Latino-inspired dance and fitness program with South American and international music and dance styles. This course is suitable for everyone without restrictions. Previous knowledge is not required.

This course is designed to help you learn the basics of breaststroke and getting acclimated to the water through diving, jumping, and gliding. Safety, joy, and health are three prerequisites for learning buoyancy.
The course is aimed at children aged 6 and older, who are non-swimmers and have a willingness to learn in the water. The pool has a water temperature of a water depth of 0.80-1.35 m (2.6-4.4 ft), a length of 12.5m (13.7 yds), and a water temperature of 31-32°C (87.8-89.6°F).
Please do not expect your child to be a perfect swimmer after the passing the seahorse test. The „Seahorse“ test is a test of basic swimming skills.
