In the Teamwork Workshops of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt, there are sheltered jobs for people with disabilities. Through a secure, structured, and employee-like employment relationship, team members are given support and social security. Employees take on responsibility in their work, and are compensated for their efforts. This promotes active participation in societal life.
