Marienhof at the Teufelsmauer

The Marienhof is a working organic farm, operated as its own special-purpose enterprise by the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt, Thale OT Neinstedt, at the foot of the Teufelsmauer.

The farm currently provides a diverse range of employment for fifteen people with disabilities.

The Marienhof is home to about 30 cattle, 1,250 chickens, and five bee colonies, all kept organically using controlled and sustainable methods. For example, the chickens live in mobile chicken coops, which ensures that the animals always have enough fodder and space available. The cattle live on the farm’s organic pasture land in summer and in open stalls in winter.

Since 2015, we have grown our own vegetables.
