House Claudius is located in the charming landscape of the Vorharz, on the eastern edge of Neinstedt.
House Claudius houses 40 residents on two floors in a family atmosphere. The clinic, physical therapist, and occupational therapist offices of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt are in the immediate vicinity. A park-like complex surrounds the house, inviting residents to walks in the countryside. A hairdressor and pedicurist are available, as well as daily pastoral care. In the in-house kitchen, all meals are prepared frech daily. In addition to the main meals and snacks, vegetarian, diet, and ligher fare are also offered. Individual needs and requests are gladly taken into consideration.
Neinstedt is characterized by its quiet location and good infrastructure. There is a supermarket, an organic farm with bakery and café, a bank, a post office, and a restaurant, as well as a clinic and a pharmacy. With railway connection, larger cities such as Thale and the World Heritage City Quedlinburg are only five minutes away.
Haus Claudius received a score of 1.0 (Superior) in the review by the Medical Service of the State Health Insurer (MDK) in 2018.
House Claudius offers high-quality, fully accessible single and double rooms, some with balconies. Each room is generously built and comfortably furnished. The bright and friendly rooms are equipped with a telephone, radio, and television. The room layout can be personalized based on your wishes. Our modern nurse call system and accessible construction guarantee you a safe home where you can feel completely safe and comfortable.
Couples are welcome too, with
double rooms available for partners.
