Employee Interest Groups

Employee Interest Groups are representative of all employees of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt, and demonstrate their needs and interests separate from departmental structures. Employees are elected for four years and are governed by the basic principles of church governance and with a healthy understanding of people.

The duties are:

• Advice on all labor law questions about the employment contract, working hours, holidays etc.
  
• Mediation, encouragement, but also support for problems and conflicts, both with colleagues and with supervisors.
  
• Informing employees about new legal regulations and their consequences for our work.
