Bistro

Since 2008, the foundation’s bistro has been welcoming guests to eat, drink, and relax.

Meals can be enjoyed at the 100 seats in the bistro, as well as at the large deer feeding rack in front of the entrance. In addition to two daily specials and a weekly special, guests can choose from a wide selection of snacks. A colorful salad bar is also available. Particularly worth mentioning are the daily soups, which set the food apart from typical institutional fare.

The approximately 1,800 meals served daily speak to the kitchen team’s extensive expertise. Not only the foundation’s residents, the children in the daycare centers, and the staff can attest to this—the bistro is open to everyone.
