"Easy Language" means:
Writing and speaking in such a way
that many people can easily read and understand the texts.

We translate texts
into Easy-to-Read Language and Simple Language.

For example:

Easy-to-read language looks simple,
but writing in easy-to-read language is hard.
We help make texts easier to read.

• We proofread texts.
• We produce films in simple language.
  
• We train proofreaders and translators.
• We write texts in plain language.
• We conduct workshops and training sessions.
• We provide consulting services.
• We provide simultaneous interpretation.
  That means:
  A speaker is speaking at an event.
  The words are hard to understand.
  We say the words at the same time in Easy Language.
  

We follow the guidelines of the " " (Easy-to-Read Language).

We have trained proofreaders.
Our proofreaders are people with disabilities.

Our reviewers are the experts and check all texts.
At least 5 reviewers read the text.

Are all the rules followed?
Is the text easy to understand?
Then the reviewers award the seal of approval.

Our office has been in operation since 2019.

Since November 2021, our Plain Language Office has been a center of expertise for plain language.
