We are happy to arrange age-appropriate housing for you in Thale and Quedlinburg through our partners: Wohnungsgenossenschaft Thale eG and Wohnungsgenossenschaft Quedlinburg eG.

In Gernrode am Jacobsgarten, barrier-free apartments with services for people in need of assistance have been under construction since 2019. If you are interested, please get in touch with our contact persons.

The Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt opened the Jacobsgarten residential project in Gernrode on 01.07.2022.

Two connected apartment buildings, father and son, offer 43 apartments, a neighborhood meeting place, day care and nursing services.

The heating system is a novelty. You pay a flat rate without additional charges. The heating system is almost self-sufficient, using electricity generated on the roof. Gas, oil or other fuels are not required. You do not have to worry about this. Stadtwerke Blankenburg also offers special tenant electricity. We would be happy to send you further information.
