We offer jobs for people with mental and psychological disabilities in our workshops (Neinstedt, Thale), external workplaces, accompanying services (practical life guidance, special psychosocial support, catering, healthcare, education, leisure), support from qualified specialist staff, personal development opportunities and entry or re-entry opportunities into the primary labor market.

The social support services of the Teamwork workshops support the successful integration and needs-oriented support of employees.

A service for people without workshop qualifications - young adults with attachment disorders, mental disabilities or social-emotional disabilities

The main workshop in Neinstedt offers jobs for people with disabilities in the areas of industrial assembly, metalwork, woodwork, gardening and landscaping, vehicle servicing and creative products.

In den Zweigwerkstätten in Thale stehen für Menschen mit seelischen Behinderungen Arbeitsplätze in den Bereichen Aktenvernichtung, Büroservice, Kleiderspende, Hauswirtschaft, Elektronikmontage, Industriemontage zur Verfügung.
