We support people

with a significant mental, psychological and/or significant mental, intellectual or multiple disability after reaching the age of 18
with their own home, e.g. an apartment
with a need for support in leading a largely independent life

We offer support

in their own home (housekeeping, home organization, shopping, food preparation, financial management, etc.)
dealing with authorities and finding suitable accommodation
with leisure activities (music, art and sports activities, excursions, parties, etc.)
in conflict and crisis situations (availability as required)
in accompanying parenting
in the coordination of support services (care services, doctors, authorities and other service providers)
in developing career prospects (visiting the vocational training area and the workshop for people with disabilities)
in organizing social contacts through cooperation with associations, parishes and the foundation's own services

Scope of support

The focus of (intensive) outpatient assisted living (IABW/ABW) is on promoting and maintaining independent living in one's own home. Whether as a single person, couple or shared flat, our support is geared towards individual needs. Assistance is provided directly in the home and in the IABW office. If necessary, we can be available 24 hours a day at weekends, on public vacations, on vacation or in the event of illness.

Financing of childcare costs

In order for the care costs to be covered, an application must be submitted to the relevant cost bearer for integration assistance/disability assistance. The cost bearer decides together with the parties involved on the approval of the application.
