Accompanying service

The socially accompanying services of the teamwork workshops support a successful integration and the demand - oriented promotion of the employees. Their task:

• advise the employees, their relatives and the group management
• promote personal development through individual and group discussions in the environment of those affected
• stand by word and deed in acute and prolonged crises aside.
• advise the employee representatives in the Werkstattrat and the women's representative
• develop and organize accompanying offers and rehabilitative measures after clarification of individual needs and concerns
• organize parties and celebrations
• initiate day and holiday trips

The Accompanying Service is available for all questions of employment in the Information and Consultation Workshop.
