After the 75 parcels had been sorted in the public relations department, they were distributed to the various houses.

Anne Becker, the contact person for donations at the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt, reports: "There were so many requests. We are grateful to everyone who wants to bring joy to our children and young people at Christmas."

On Christmas Eve, the presents will be handed out everywhere. Sarah Peinemann and Valentin Karow live in the Bodelschwinghhaus and were allowed to take a look at the decorated tree with the presents in advance. They were accompanied by Lilli Bock, who is helping to prepare for the festivities.

Lilli Bock says: "We were baking cookies when the packages were delivered. Now everything is ready for the gift-giving on Christmas Eve. The children and young people are really looking forward to unwrapping their presents."

Background:
Children and young people have found a home at the Bunte Haus, Haus Markus, and Bodelschwinghhaus facilities run by the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt. Many of them celebrate Christmas at the facility. Not every child has someone to give them a Christmas present. That's why the foundation looks for gift sponsors every year who dedicate themselves to one child or young person.
