In the main workshop in Neinstedt, jobs are available for people with intellectual disabilities in the areas of industrial assembly, metalwork, woodwork, gardening and landscaping, creative products and housekeeping.
Admission procedure
Teamwork - Werkstätten is a facility for vocational participation in working life within the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt. It is open to all people who are not, not yet or not yet again able to participate in working life on the general labor market due to a disability. We offer every resident of the Harz district, and also nationwide, regardless of the type and severity of their disability or age, a job under conditions similar to those of an employee.
The suitability of the participant for a job in the WfbM is examined in an entry procedure. He/she or his/her carer or relative will be advised as to which area of the workshop and, if applicable, which vocational rehabilitation measures are suitable.
We will be happy to provide you with further information on the possibility of admission to our workshop and to clarify the workshop costs.
Accompanying services
The support service is available to provide information and advice on all issues relating to employment in the workshop.
