The Luisenheim is a charming old villa with a large garden and ancient trees. The house is home to a residential community of 13 adults with mental and physical needs aged between 25 and 69. The individual living area consists of single and double rooms with shared bathroom facilities. There is also a spacious communal room with an adjoining kitchen and a relaxation room.

The Luisenheim residential community is supported by the staff in all everyday activities according to individual needs. Shopping, preparing meals, doing the laundry and cleaning the rooms are just some of the practical tasks shared by the residents. The residents are responsible for the individual design of their own room. The center of life for the residents is the large kitchen with adjoining living room. Here they cook, sing, drum, play, bake and much more together.

Depending on their individual needs, residents can choose from the following daytime activities:

The day structure offers orientation and a variety of opportunities for work, employment and self-realization.

There are also regular joint excursions, celebrations and vacation trips. In some cases, there are sponsorships and friendships between individual residents.

The Luisenheim is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the residential area extends over several floors.
