Haus Nathusius is a historic half-timbered house that has been extended with a functional annex. Two shared flats are housed in the building, which are also divided into smaller living areas. The house offers a total of 33 beds, which are divided into single and double rooms. The rooms are furnished, but residents can set up their own furniture depending on their needs and situation. The residents therefore have a very individual room and a place to retreat to. There is the opportunity to spend time together, as each shared flat has its own living area and a dining area with an integrated kitchen. The associated outdoor area has a courtyard with a garden, barbecue area and a colonnade (large sheltered canopy open to the south), offering many leisure, activity and relaxation opportunities. We celebrate seasonal festivals such as carnival, summer parties and our traditional Oktoberfest.

We live and maintain close contact with the Johanniskirche parish. We regularly attend church services and organize festivities together.

A day care building is located on the grounds, which can be used by residents for various leisure activities in the afternoon or at the weekend.
