Haus Kramerring is a residential facility for adults with mental and psychological disabilities. The residential facility comprises two detached houses, each with a residential group of 12 people. Each house has six single rooms and three double rooms, each with a terrace or balcony. The third building offers accommodation for couples and shared flats for two to three people in a total of four apartments. The common rooms available can be used by all residents for joint activities.
One aim of this form of residential care is to support residents on their way to greater independence. This includes laundry care, cleaning their own living environment and helping to prepare meals. Residents have a large say in the organization of their daily routines and leisure activities.

Special features
Adults aged 18 and over can live in Haus Kramerring. Residents between the ages of 18 and 80 currently live here. They attend the vocational training program or work in the workshop for people with disabilities . A large outdoor area is available for leisure activities. It is possible to keep small animals and to plant and cultivate a small garden. There are various leisure activities across the foundation, such as a choir, creative groups and sports activities, which residents can take part in. Regular devotions are held in line with the guidelines of the Neinstedt Protestant Foundation.
Location
Haus Kramerring is located on the quiet outskirts of Neinstedt.
The traditional village of Neinstedt offers a good club structure and a simple supply infrastructure. The village has a small supermarket, an organic farm store with a bakery and café, a bank, a post office and a small restaurant, as well as a medical center and a pharmacy. The train connection takes you to Thale or the world heritage town of Quedlinburg in 5 minutes.
