Concept and offers

"Of course - right from the start."

The Schwalbennest daycare center is located in Neinstedt, surrounded by nature.

Our educational concept focuses on experiencing and learning about nature and the environment. Regular forest days and lots of outdoor exercise promote the children's health. Observing natural phenomena, cultivating raised beds and creating with natural materials are also an important part of our educational work.

We work according to the nature and outdoor education approach, as well as the situational approach.
We work with mixed-age children in all groups, with 1-3 year olds in the crèche (hedgehog group) and 3-5 year olds in the kindergarten (squirrel and mole group). As far as possible, the pre-school group (foxes) is age-homogeneous.

In the kindergarten groups, we offer early childhood water familiarization and therapeutic horse riding in small groups.
The pre-school children also take part in early musical education and the forest fox project of the German Forest Foundation.

We look after children within the framework of the Child Support Act, also taking into account the right of choice and children with a need for support in accordance with SGB IX or SGB VIII.
