Master of Science in Social Management

Born in Quedlinburg in 1981, has remained in the region and is deeply rooted in it.

Started his professional career with an apprenticeship as an office administrator and completed it in 2000. From 2003-2007, part-time distance learning course to become a state-approved curative education nurse. Discovered an interest in communication and mediation in teams and has been a trained mediator since 2013. Successfully completed Master of Science in Social Management in 2018. Trained as a deacon from 2020 to 2023 and was ordained in October 2023 and accepted into the Lindenhof Neinstedt diaconal community at the same time. Ronny Rösler has been part of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt since 2001, in various positions and mainly in management roles. Since May 2024 Pedagogical-Diaconal Director of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt.

Born in Bremen in 1967. Trained as an industrial clerk.

Studied business administration with a focus on development economics, international economics, and finance. From 1996 to 2000 , managed a Protestant university in Goma, Congo. Involved in health and education policy, coordination of disaster relief efforts in Congo. From 2001, worked for an international green coffee trading group based in Hamburg, including as commercial director of a coffee production company in Brazil from 2003 to 2011. Consultant for various organizations focusing on rural social structural development in the Brazilian province.

2012: Appointed Commercial Director of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt.

• Civic engagement in Wernigerode
• Accompanying development processes in the south of Minas Gerais/Brazil
