The Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt is a foundation under civil law and is subject to the supervision of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
The foundation's governing bodies are the Board of Trustees and the Executive Board. The Board of Trustees, as the supervisory body, determines the principles for the fulfillment of the foundation's tasks and provides suggestions and instructions for the work of the Executive Board. The Executive Board, as the governing body, is appointed by the Board of Trustees and consists of the Pedagogical-Diaconal Executive Board and the Commercial Executive Board.
The diaconal community of the Evangelische Stiftung Neinstedt supports the diaconal profile of the foundation. The administrative departments support the foundation by performing specific tasks. The representatives are either legally appointed or voluntarily appointed. Various interest groups have been established at the foundation for the purposes of co-determination and participation.
